As the Manager, Retail Operations and Initiatives - APAC, you will be responsible for enablement of our Arc’teryx retail stores in the APAC region, through cross-functional project management.  You will be responsible for the Retail Operations Calendar, ensuring all HQ Initiatives, projects, tasks, and activities are planned, communicated, and executed with quality to our stores.  You will lead the New Store Opening planning and operations of stores in our APAC fleet. Working collaboratively and cross-functionally, you will partner on all aspects of the planning and opening process, including store design, support operations, employee, and guest experience.  

You intuitively find moments to reflect and celebrate achievements, and you create leadership development opportunities within the business to ensure the highest level of engagement for your team and our stores. This role is primarily based out of Tokyo and is open to hybrid remote work.  Candidates must be eligible to work in Japan, with travel to our stores throughout APAC. 

 

Meet Your Future Team

You will work as part of the APAC Retail team and will work closely with cross-functional partners on the Operational Solutions team in Vancouver. Your team is an extension of our channel teams, and are responsible for creating and managing global scalable strategies to attain our business goals. The team is the conduit between the stores and the cross-functional partners, aligning, projects, strategies, and driving results.
