Job Title: Onsite Coordinator (Peak Recruitment Period)

 

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Onsite Coordinator to support our peak recruitment period, working on-site to manage the end-to-end candidate journey from interview through to start date. You'll be a key point of contact for candidates and workers, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and well-organised onboarding process during a high-volume, fast-paced period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Plan and manage large group interview/induction sessions
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and in line with compliance requirements
  • Book confirmed workers onto start dates and coordinate logistics for shift/site allocation
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates and workers on-site during peak activity
  • Work closely with the wider recruitment and operations team to hit daily/weekly staffing targets
  • Flag any issues, delays, or compliance concerns promptly to the relevant team

What We're Looking For

  • Clear, confident communicator, comfortable speaking to individuals and large groups
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
  • Strong work ethic and ability to stay composed under pressure during busy periods
  • A team player who works well within a fast-moving recruitment environment
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or a similar coordination role is desirable but not essential
  • Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive processes while maintaining attention to detail
