As a Procurement Manager, you will lead procurement activities to optimize costs, quality, and efficiency across the company. You will manage vendor relationships, oversee contracts and purchasing processes, ensure compliance with company policies, and partner closely with Business Units and Finance to ensure timely delivery and payment.

 

What You Will Do
  • Working directly with Deputy Head of Finance to optimize the company’s profit concerning outsourcing and expenses
  • Liaise with vendors on an ongoing basis to ensure Business Units’ needs are met on time, quality, and cost basis
  • Ensuring the accuracy of procurement contracts according to Company policy
  • Ensuring the procurement of services/products is correct in quantity and quality according to departments’ requirements
  • Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions agreed with vendors (delivery terms, payment terms, etc.)
  • Cooperate with the Finance department for effective payment progress
  • Other tasks as directed by the Deputy Head of Finance
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in a Manager position
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Advertising Agencies
  • Experience in handling the Influencer Marketing is a plus
  • A quick learner with good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
  • Good communication skill 
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
  • A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision
