- Partner with regional and business stakeholders to understand communication needs, business goals, and audience engagement opportunities.
- Develop, manage, and publish social media content and campaign plans across multiple platforms using social media management and automation tools.
- Support both organic and paid social media initiatives, including campaign setup, execution, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing recommendations based on KPIs, audience insights, and campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Employer Branding, PR, Content, and Design to deliver engaging and brand-consistent social media content.
- Define and manage community engagement strategies, including monitoring and responding to comments, direct messages, mentions, and tagged content in line with brand guidelines and service-level expectations.
- Lead the employee advocacy programme, including participant onboarding, content curation, engagement initiatives, programme governance, and impact measurement.
- Partner with PR and Communications teams to manage social listening activities, tracking brand sentiment, audience conversations, competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging topics.
- Translate social listening, community management, and advocacy data into actionable insights that inform content strategy, audience engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify potential reputational risks and manage escalation processes, supporting crisis communications and reputation management efforts when required.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into social media performance, audience engagement, advocacy participation, and brand sentiment.
Required Experience
- 3+ years' experience in Social Media Marketing, Community Management, Employee Advocacy, Social Listening, or related digital communications roles.
- Experience managing social media channels for regional or global brands across multiple markets.
- Proven experience supporting or managing employee advocacy programmes, ambassador networks, or employee-generated content initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with social listening, brand monitoring, sentiment analysis, and reputation management tools.
- Experience analyzing social media and audience data to develop insight-driven recommendations and performance reports.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders within structured approval, governance, and escalation processes.
