As a Accounting Manager at AnyMind Thailand, you will lead the AP and Treasury functions so that supplier payments are accurate and on time, cash and liquidity are well managed, and internal controls stay strong and compliant with company policy, accounting standards, and tax rules.. What You'll Do

Accounts Payable

  • Oversee the end-to-end AP process: invoice verification, recording, payment, and vendor reconciliation.
  • Review and approve payments under the Delegation of Authority (DOA), including employee reimbursements and cash advances.
  • Ensure correct expense and liability recognition, accruals, prepayments, and AP aging follow-up.
  • Maintain AP policies and controls, and drive process improvement and automation.

Treasury

  • Manage daily cash positions, bank balances, and short- to medium-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Plan supplier payments based on cash availability, priorities, and payment terms.
  • Handle fund transfers, FX transactions, bank facilities, and other banking matters.
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and keep controls over bank access, signatories, and payment authorization.

Reporting & Month-End Close

  • Review AP and treasury GL accounts, and ensure month-end and year-end close happens on time.
  • Prepare management reports on payments, cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
  • Analyze actual cash flow against budget and forecast, explain variances, and recommend actions.
  • Support audits with schedules, reconciliations, and documentation.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the AP and Treasury team, and set KPIs.
  • Take on ad-hoc finance projects as assigned.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8 years of accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong hands-on experience in AP, treasury, cash flow management, and banking operations.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and tax/statutory requirements.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Oracle NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Good English, strong leadership and analytical skills, and high integrity.
