As part of our Consumer & Brand Insights (CB&I) team, you will contribute to strategic research initiatives that help some of the world's largest CPG manufacturers and retailers better understand shoppers, consumers, brands, and market dynamics. The team partners closely with clients across North America and other global markets, transforming complex research findings into actionable business recommendations that drive growth.
As a Research Analyst, you will play a key role throughout the entire research lifecycle, supporting both syndicated and custom research studies. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine quantitative analysis, insight generation, storytelling, and client exposure while working across multiple industries, including CPG, retail, restaurant, technology, and durable goods. You will have the opportunity to develop strong consultative skills, influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations, and collaborate with experienced research professionals in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end quantitative research projects, ensuring high-quality execution from study setup through final delivery.
- Analyze survey-based data and transform findings into clear, actionable insights that address client business objectives.
- Develop reports, presentations, dashboards, and other client-facing deliverables with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Create compelling storylines that connect research findings, market context, and business recommendations.
- Participate in questionnaire reviews, survey testing, and quality control activities to ensure research excellence.
- Collaborate with senior researchers and cross-functional teams to design analyses, interpret results, and shape client recommendations.
- Contribute to syndicated and custom research studies across consumer goods, retail, shopper, and consumer insights topics.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing project updates and supporting client discussions when needed.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of data, reports, and presentations through rigorous validation and review processes.
- Continuously build expertise in research methodologies, analytical tools, and industry trends while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in quantitative market research, consumer insights, customer insights, or related analytical roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful business insights.
- Desirable experience working with survey-based research and quantitative datasets.
- Proven ability to develop reports, presentations, and executive-ready deliverables.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into clear recommendations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), with confidence interacting with North American clients and global stakeholders.
