We are looking for a Junior Brand Project Manager to join Vattenfall’s Group Brand Activation team. This is a dynamic role where you get to work with everything from coordination and planning to stakeholder management and campaign execution in an international, friendly and growth-oriented environment.  

About the role 

As Junior Brand Project Manager, you will enable the planning and delivery of brand and communication activities that strengthen the Vattenfall brand and ensure high-quality execution across markets. You will support in several brand and marketing communication initiatives while simultaneously having ownership of your own projects 

You will work closely with colleagues in the Group Brand team, other Communication teams and business areas, as well as external agencies. We work internationally across the Swedish, Finnish, Dutch and German markets.  

What you will do: 

  • Project & campaign coordination: Help manage timelines, deliverables, budgets and project plans. Coordinate meetings and communication across teams and partners to bring alignment between strategy, creative development and execution.  

  • Agency collaboration: Coordination and contact with external agencies – making sure briefs, feedback and approvals are clear and well-structured.  

  • Activation and implementation: Support delivery of brand activations across channels and markets, ensuring brand guidelines are applied consistently and securing a smooth rollout of campaigns and initiatives 

  • Tracking of results & insights: Gathering insights and track results of projects and initiatives, translating outcomes into clear summaries and recommendations. Tracking project progress and creating concise material for decision making and monitoring by executive management.  

Qualifications

You don't need to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you're curious,  eager to learn and find solutions even when the path forward is unpredictable. You enjoy working in a role where you need to reach out to people and you build trusting relationships thanks to your supportive attitude and ability to communicate in a clear and engaging way. You have a knack for creating structure and keeping both details and the bigger picture in mind.  

We believe you bring 1-3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, communication or agency environment where you've obtained: 

  • Understanding of brand building and insight-driven marketing communication 

  • Experience of campaign work: the process for executing marketing campaigns from planning to delivery 

  • Experience of leading or coordinating projects 

  • Good MS Office skills 

  • Basic knowledge and experience using AI tools to support project coordination, content development, planning, and everyday ways of working along with a curiosity about best-practice developments within AI and digital tools. 

Additionally, you have a university degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field as necessary along with fluency in English and basic Swedish skills.  

It's an advantage if you also have:  

  • Knowledge of German and/or Dutch as we work across several markets.  

  • Experience working across teams and with creative agencies in international or multi-market environments.
