About Juniper Square

Private markets are one of the largest, most complex, and most underserved corners of global finance. Our mission at Juniper Square is to unlock their full potential. We’re the Operations Partner trusted by 2,300+ GPs, unifying technology, data, and fund administration services into a single platform that helps GPs move faster, make better decisions, and scale with precision. With $300B+ under administration and 700,000+ LPs on platform, we’ve built the scale to match our ambition. And with JunieAI, our purpose-built AI platform, we’re reimagining how private markets operate, embedding intelligence across every workflow. Founder-led since 2014, backed by $350M+ in funding, and now 1,000+ employees strong, we’re building a company designed to shape the future of private markets for decades to come.

Our culture is built for people who want to do ambitious, meaningful work alongside exceptionally talented teammates. We think like owners, move with urgency, and take pride in solving hard problems that truly matter to our customers and the future of private markets. We believe the best ideas come from open debate, deep collaboration, and diverse perspectives, which is why we believe transparency is the default and feedback makes us stronger. If you’re energized by high standards, rapid growth, and the opportunity to help define a category at a pivotal moment, come join us!

Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.

About your role

Juniper Square’s Revenue Operations team is the operational backbone of our go-to-market motion. As our Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Fund Administration, you’ll serve as the dedicated Revenue Operations partner for our Fund Administration business. You'll own the systems, processes, and reporting that keep Fund Administration, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance aligned and moving fast, from CRM health and renewal/forecasting workflows to pipeline reviews and cross-functional reporting cadences. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, and partner closely with Fund Administration, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance leadership.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the primary Revenue Operations partner for the Fund Administration business, ensuring alignment on priorities, strategies, and execution plans, and acting as the operational glue between Fund Administration and other departments.

  • Own the health and integrity of our Salesforce (CRM) instance — data quality, workflow configuration, and process governance across Fund Administration and the broader RevOps funnel.

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end renewal workflow process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, and maintaining clear documentation of timelines, responsibilities, and required actions.

  • Manage the forecasting process for Fund Administration and broader RevOps, including pipeline reviews, forecast roll-ups, and reporting cadences, integrating key metrics such as renewals, upsells, and churn.

  • Design, document, and continuously improve revenue processes (e.g., lead routing, opportunity management, territory and quota administration, and a standardized expansion deal process) to remove friction.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give a clear, accurate view of pipeline, conversion, renewals, and revenue performance.

  • Establish and enforce clear rules of engagement for Fund Administration's interactions with other departments, serving as a point of escalation for cross-functional disputes and ensuring smooth handoffs and alignment.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Fund Administration, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align on shared metrics, definitions, and operating rhythms (QBRs, pipeline reviews, forecast calls).

  • Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to orchestrate multi-step workflows that reduce manual work across recurring RevOps tasks.

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process automation and tooling improvements across the revenue tech stack, and support change management and enablement for new tools and processes.

  • Support pricing and packaging, sales compensation, territory design, and quota-setting processes in partnership with Fund Administration and Sales leadership and Finance.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM/Business Operations role.

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a complex B2B enterprise sales motion.

  • Experience supporting Fund Administration, private markets, or another complex, services-driven revenue motion.

  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience: you understand how data structure and process design impact downstream reporting and forecasting accuracy.

  • Experience owning end-to-end renewal and/or expansion workflows, including documentation, performance reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

  • Experience managing forecasting, pipeline reporting, and recurring GTM operating cadences (QBRs, pipeline reviews, forecast calls).

  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce reporting, Tableau, Looker, or advanced Google Sheets/Excel).

  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear processes, systems, and recommendations.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfort partnering with and influencing across teams, including establishing and enforcing rules of engagement.

  • AI fluency: you use AI tools like Claude to orchestrate multi-step workflows across two or more tools (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets, reporting/BI tools) producing reusable, structured outputs. You can describe at least one recurring revenue process you’ve redesigned around AI-assisted execution and speak to its team-level impact (e.g., reduced reporting turnaround, improved forecast accuracy, faster pipeline prep).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with GTM tooling such as Gong, Outreach, Apollo, or Clay.

  • Experience building lightweight automations or integrations (e.g., Zapier, no-code tools, or basic scripting).

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.

At Juniper Square, we believe building a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture makes us a better company. If you think this job sounds like a fit, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the qualifications.
