About the RoleAs an Associate Director, Analytics, you will lead complex analytics and data science engagements, bringing together strong quantitative expertise, strategic thinking, and client leadership.
This role requires a strong foundation in data science and advanced analytics. You should be comfortable working with sophisticated analytical methodologies, evaluating data science approaches and outputs, and translating complex quantitative findings into clear business recommendations.
At the Associate Director level, you will also lead teams and workstreams, influence senior stakeholders, and help shape the analytical approach to complex client challenges. You may not be coding or building models every day, but you should have sufficient data science depth to credibly guide the work and challenge the methodology.
ResponsibilitiesData Science & Advanced Analytics
Lead advanced analytics and data science work across complex client engagements. Apply and guide approaches such as statistical modeling, predictive analytics, experimentation, segmentation, forecasting, machine learning, or other advanced quantitative methodologies as appropriate to the business problem.
Evaluate analytical approaches and outputs, identify limitations and opportunities, and ensure that methodologies are rigorous, actionable, and connected to client objectives.
Complex Program & Engagement Leadership
Lead complex analytics projects or programs end to end across one or more accounts—shaping the analytical approach, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and owning outcomes at a senior level.
Strategic Analytics & Client Advisory
Translate sophisticated analysis and data science outputs into clear business implications and recommendations. Connect analytical findings to the client's broader marketing and business agenda.
Serve as a senior analytics partner to clients and internal stakeholders, helping frame ambiguous business questions into analytical problems that can be solved with data.
Team & Technical Leadership
Lead and develop analytics and data science talent, set expectations for analytical quality, and provide guidance on methodologies and approaches across multiple workstreams.
Partner effectively with data scientists, analysts, media teams, strategists, engineers, and other specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
Early Account Economics
Take first-line accountability for the economics of your workstreams—including utilization, scope discipline, and margin within your remit—and partner with account leadership on planning and resourcing.
Client Advisory & Growth
Build credible senior client relationships and identify opportunities where analytics, data science, measurement, or AI capabilities can address additional client needs.
AI-Enabled Delivery & Innovation
Identify qualified AI use cases and opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled approaches into analytics and measurement. Help evaluate where emerging technologies can create measurable value rather than applying AI for its own sake.
