Manage investment portfolios and optimize risk-adjusted returns through research, asset allocation, execution oversight, and ongoing performance monitoring.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Source and screen investment opportunities across target sectors and stages
  • Conduct due diligence: market, financial, commercial, and team assessment
  • Build and review financial models, valuations, and return analyses
  • Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to decisionmakers
  • Support deal structuring, term sheets, and transaction documentation
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and external advisors through closing
  • Monitor portfolio company performance against KPIs and milestones
  • Maintain and improve the portfolio monitoring and reporting system
  • Prepare periodic portfolio and stakeholder/LP reports
  • Work with founders on value creation, follow-on needs, and strategic support
  • Produce investment and performance reporting for management and stakeholders
  • Maintain internal deal flow and portfolio tracking infrastructure
Qualifications Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
  • 4+ years in portfolio management or investment analysis
  • Strong knowledge of asset classes and markets
  • Experience with risk management and performance attribution
  • Professional certification (CFA or equivalent) preferred
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Portfolio construction and optimization
  • Asset allocation and rebalancing
  • Risk management (VaR, stress testing)
  • Performance attribution (Brinson)
  • Financial modeling and valuation
  • Trading/execution monitoring
  • Market and macroeconomic analysis
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making
  • Attention to detail and discipline
  • Client-focused communication
