An independent, community-based hospital in Georgia is in an exciting period of growth and looking for a Chief Financial Officer who understands the unique economics of rural healthcare and wants to play a meaningful role in what comes next.

This organization combines the mission and independence of a community hospital with a level of clinical capability and growth more often associated with larger organizations. Its expanding surgical and specialty programs, advanced clinical services, and continued investment in facilities and technology have created an increasingly sophisticated financial environment and a compelling opportunity for an experienced healthcare finance leader.

This is a true operational CFO seat. Revenue cycle is at the center of the role, but the opportunity extends well beyond traditional financial reporting. The CFO will drive financial performance, guide reimbursement strategy, finance continued expansion, develop clinical leaders, and serve as a trusted partner to an experienced CEO and community-based board.
