Job DescriptionAs a PR & Influencer Specialist you will set develop and execute, our PR and influencer marketing efforts across global and local markets.
In this role, you will drive strategic PR & Influence communication, build meaningful relationships with creators and media, and bring the Weekday brand closer to our community through impactful storytelling and collaborations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and execute Weekday's global and local PR and influencer marketing strategy aligned with the brand direction and business objectives.
- Set goals, manage budgets, monitor performance, and optimize activities based on results.
- Lead and coordinate influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, events, activations, and PR initiatives.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, media contacts, agencies, and industry partners.
- Manage press relations, media outreach, press releases, gifting programs, and media monitoring.
- Foster close cross-functional collaboration with Social Media, Creative, Assortment, and external partners to drive brand impact and business growth.
- Identify new opportunities, emerging talents, and cultural moments that strengthen Weekday's relevance and visibility.
- Monitor industry trends across fashion, music, art, culture, and social media to continuously evolve the PR and influencer strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Weekday Marketing team and work closely with colleagues across Brand, Media, Content Production, Assortment and E-commerce. You will also collaborate with external agencies, media representatives, influencers, creators, and strategic partners across multiple markets.
QUALIFICATION
- Experience within PR, Influencer Marketing, Brand Communications, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands.
- Proven experience developing and executing PR and influencer strategies, including campaign planning, influencer partnerships, media relationship, events, and activations.
- Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and earned media strategies.
- Experience managing budgets, agency relationships, campaign reporting, and performance analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Established network and experience building press and media relationships, as well as planning and executing PR events targeting KOLs and relevant press within fashion, culture, and music.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and proficiency in relevant tools such as influencer marketing platforms, media monitoring tools, social analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a full time permanent position based at our Head Office in Stockholm.
