Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of architectural designs from conceptual sketches to final construction drawings.
Utilize AutoCAD to produce high-quality, precise technical drawings, plans, sections, and details.
Collaborate with Senior Architects to translate design concepts into technical documentation.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Participate in site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with architectural specifications.
Coordinate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project integration.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the architectural or construction field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory (experience with Revit, ArchiCAD, or Rhino is a strong plus).
Strong understanding of technical drafting, construction materials, and structural systems.
Ability to work effectively within a team and meet strict project deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing technical drawing skills and previous project involvement.
Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
