Job Accountability:

Develop, baseline, and maintain detailed baseline master schedules using Primavera P6 in alignment with Critical Path Method (CPM) principles and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) standards.
Perform resource loading, progress updates, physical status tracking, and generate baseline project S-curves for time and cost monitoring.
Calculate Earned Value Management (EVM) key performance metrics, specifically Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI), to evaluate project health.
Calculate and monitor labor productivity, labor unit man-hour requirements, and related workforce efficiency metrics across site activities.
Perform delay analysis (EOT claims / schedule variance identification), highlight critical path disruptions early, and recommend corrective mitigation plans to project management.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly site progress, identify operational schedule risks, and prepare analytical progress reports using advanced MS Excel tools (pivot tables, formulas, interactive charts).
Coordinate closely with site execution teams, subcontractors, MEP engineers, and project management to ensure real-time alignment with baseline deadlines.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering field.

Specific areas of expertise:

Primavera P6 scheduling, Critical Path Method (CPM), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, Earned Value Management (EVM), resource loading, labor man-hour productivity calculations, and delay analysis techniques.

Work experience:

3 to 5 years of direct experience in project planning and scheduling (more experience is considered a strong advantage), preferably within large-scale commercial, residential, or superstructure construction projects.
A stable employment history with an average tenure of 2+ years per employer is highly preferred.

Language and computer programs knowledge:

Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization charts).
Strong command of English and Azerbaijani (both written and verbal).

Special Requirements:

Deep understanding of construction sequencing, superstructure execution methodologies, and interdisciplinary dependencies on large construction sites.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple project schedules simultaneously, and adapt quickly to site changes.
High analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail in tracking variance and foreseeing project risks.
