The Turnaround & Restructuring team support underperforming businesses to stabilise and implement change. We work at speed to deliver options and a runway to stabilise our clients’ problems. We are outcomes focussed, implementing strategies that range from an operational turnaround to a financial restructure or, if necessary, a formal insolvency process.

The team works closely with the wider Deal Advisory team to provide support on a range of transactions and debt advisory services. KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice is a significant supplier of financial advice, across its lines of business - Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuations, Infrastructure & Projects, Restructuring, Transaction Services and Debt Advisory Services. Our analysts combine commercial acumen with extensive knowledge of businesses and sectors to provide clients with a service which adds recognised value.
