Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Kinder Garden Manager (Uşaq Bahçası Müdürü) in a kindergarten or preschool.
- Experience managing kindergarten staff and overseeing daily operations.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of childcare standards, safety procedures, and preschool operations.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English is must .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the kindergarten.
- Coordinate and monitor teaching, administrative, and support staff.
- Ensure children’s safety, well-being, and a high standard of care.
- Maintain effective communication with parents.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Report to the owner or senior management.
