SCAYLE is one of the fastest-growing enterprise commerce platforms in the world and empowers global B2C brands like Levi’s®, Harrods, Manchester United, Deichmann, Fielmann, and Netto to create outstanding customer experiences. Its modular and extensible backend reflects real enterprise retail needs and makes complex commerce operations more efficient, flexible, and scalable. We are now building an AI native Photostudio SaaS product — a high-priority venture with direct exposure to the leadership and founding team.

SCAYLE STUDIOS is our AI content platform for fashion visuals. Instead of physical studio productions, it digitally maps the complete logic of a fashion shoot: upload products, curate styles, cast models, set the scene, generate assets. From on-model and ghost mannequin to lifestyle and campaign imagery. What used to take weeks is now created in minutes. The platform is used by ABOUT YOU as well as enterprise brands and D2C labels across Europe.

Job Description
  • Building and refining the generation pipelines that produce on-model, product and campaign visuals in SCAYLE STUDIOS
  • Fine-tuning models, prompts and settings until results are consistent and production-grade across thousands of products
  • Combining image, video and editing models into new workflows that extend what SCAYLE STUDIOS can do
  • Creating your own tools and automations with Claude Code or similar AI tools
  • Testing new models as soon as they are released and sharing what works with the team
  • Collaboration with our creative, product and engineering team
Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of current generative image and video models, including their strengths, limits and how to prompt them
  • Strong visual sensibility and creative thinking
  • An experimental mindset: you enjoy combining models, tools and techniques until you find something new
  • Experience using Claude Code or similar AI tools to build your own workflows (no programming skills required)
  • Close interest in the AI space and the drive to test new releases on your own initiative
  • Plus: experience in training or fine-tuning AI models, e.g. LoRAs
  • Fluent English skills
