The HR Services Analyst supports the day-to-day administration and ongoing effectiveness of APCO’s employee benefits, HR technology, payroll, and HR services programs. This role serves as a key operational resource within the HR Shared Services team, with primary responsibilities for benefits administration, vendor and invoice reconciliation, HR system support and data integrity, and quality control of payroll processing.

The HR Services Analyst works closely with employees, HR team members, payroll and benefits partners, and external vendors to resolve issues, maintain accurate employee data, and ensure HR programs and processes are administered accurately and timely. The role also supports leave administration, workers’ compensation, reporting, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives across HR Services.
