NSC (National Service Centre) delivers a range of business services to multiple legal entities located in Poland and Lithuania. We are looking for a talented Financial Controller with financial accounting expertise to strengthen the team and support dedicated businesses / legal entities.

Job Description
  • Review and support financial accounting and reporting to ensure compliance with Polish accounting and tax laws in liaison with the SSC.
  • Implement the Eurofins Group accounting policies and review monthly Group reporting (IFRS).
  • Prepare local statutory reporting (Polish Accounting Act) and cooperate with auditors during annual statutory reporting audit.
  • Prepare management reporting, deliver controlling services (planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis) and cooperate with Group Controlling.
  • Support statutory, tax and statistical reporting (US, GUS, NBP).
  • Cooperate with tax advisor.
  • Participate in Group Finance projects and improvement initiatives as well as Finance IT roll-outs and implementations.
Qualifications
  • Higher Education Degree in Accounting or Finance; nice to have – international professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA).
  • Fluent spoken and written English (B2/C1) and Polish (C1/C2).
  • Solid understanding of financial accounting standards.
  • Previous experience in a Controlling / Finance Business Partner and Financial Accounting roles in international and fast-moving business environment.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels of the organization.
