From giving our people a voice to keeping everyone in the loop and bringing fresh ideas to life, you'll be the person who helps turn everyday moments into great employee experiences. You'll team up with senior leaders, global teams and colleagues across efood to create meaningful connections, spark engagement and make a real impact on how our people experience work.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the voice behind our employee engagement survey! Own the process end to end, listen to what our people have to say and turn their feedback into meaningful actions that make a difference.

  • Connect the dots with our global People teams, exchanging ideas, sharing best practices and bringing global initiatives to life with a local twist.

  • Keep everyone in the loop! Drive internal communications and business updates, turning important news and key messages into clear, engaging content that resonates with our people.

  • Work side by side with C-level executives and senior leaders, helping translate business priorities into impactful communications and people experience initiatives.

  • Bring our culture to life! Design and deliver creative initiatives that boost engagement, strengthen connections and make key moments of the employee journey memorable.

  • Turn ideas into action. Collaborate with HR colleagues and teams across efood to challenge the usual way of doing things and create better experiences for our people.

  • Let the insights do the talking. Use employee feedback, engagement data and experience metrics to spot opportunities, measure impact and keep making things better.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, HR projects or a related people-focused role.

  • A natural storyteller with strong communication skills and a talent for making even complex messages simple, clear and engaging.

  • Experience working on cross-functional projects and collaborating with stakeholders at different levels, including senior leadership.

  • Ability to connect the dots between employee feedback, data and actionable improvements.

  • A creative, proactive and hands-on mindset, with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

  • A genuine passion for people, a collaborative spirit and the confidence to bring fresh ideas to the table in a fast-paced environment.
