Job Description

3+ years of related experience working in job development and placement with diverse populations, including hard-to-serve populations
Thorough understanding of the local job market and economic trends
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as other database programs
Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities, tasks, or project requirements, and think critically to find solutions efficiently.

Qualifications
