Key Responsibilities:

Source, engage, and manage potential clients looking to purchase, sell, or invest in commercial and residential properties.
Conduct on-site property viewings, present detailed investment propositions, and guide clients through project benefits.
Manage sales leads from initial inquiry through negotiation to the closing of transactions and contract signing.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local and international investors, corporate buyers, and property owners.
